complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation once payment is successful

Shipping & Returns
Not at this time. We currently ship within the UK only.
Orders placed on our website are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your order is on the way.
We offer standard and next-day delivery across the UK. Delivery times will be shown at checkout depending on your location and selected option.
Our delivery partner will leave instructions to reschedule or collect your parcel. If you need further help, our support team is here for you.
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Due to
hygiene regulations, certain beauty items may be excluded. You can view our full return policy here.
Yes we do! This is only available for our customers in Manchester, however keep an eye out on our website and social media platforms to see when we will be in your city!
All products we stock are available for same-day delivery at checkout.

Yes. Always. All products sold on Lael are sourced directly from brands themselves, their official distributors, or authorised manufacturers. We do not sell grey-market or third-party goods, so you can shop with complete confidence.
