At LAEL, we always want you to love what you buy! However, if something is not quite right, we are here to make it right.
Shipping & Delivery
Free UK Standard Delivery
Free standard delivery is available on all UK orders over £30.
UK Standard Delivery – £3.95
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days for orders placed before 4pm.
UK Next Working Day Delivery – £4.99
Free on orders over £60.
Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day.
Same-Day Delivery (Manchester)
Lael offers same-day delivery at checkout using Local Delivery, or through DeliverooOn for products stocked on our store.
Simply scan the QR code on our website or search “Lael” on Deliveroo to place your order.
Important Information
If your order has not arrived, please contact us:
  • After 10 working days from the estimated delivery date for Standard Delivery, or
  • After 5 working days for Next Working Day Delivery
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for parcels where delivery instructions request the parcel to be left in a safe place, delivered to a neighbour, or sent to a parcel forwarding service. In these situations, Lael is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels, and we may not be able to offer replacements or refunds.

Returns Eligibility:
You can return any eligible product within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

- Unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
- In a resealable condition.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened beauty products.

- Skincare, haircare, or cosmetics that have been unsealed

- Personal items such as razors, tweezers, or cotton pads (unless faulty).
How to return:
To start a return, please email info@laels.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide the return address and guide you through the next steps.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Exchanges and Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund – no fuss!
Product Sensitivities and Reactions:
Due to the personal nature of beauty and skincare products, we recommend completing a patch test before full use. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reactions to products where a patch test was not carried out, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
