Postal Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We offer free standard delivery on orders over £30.
Orders are dispatched on working days only (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed before 10:00 PM will usually be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
We do not dispatch or deliver on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed for delivery within the United Kingdom.

• If your order has not arrived, you may contact us:

• After 10 working days from the estimated delivery date for standard delivery

• We are unable to take responsibility for parcels that are:

• Requested to be left in a safe place

• Left with a neighbour

• Sent to a parcel forwarding company

In these cases, Lael is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels, and we are not obligated to offer replacements or refunds.
